- 1.2. By engaging with us, you confirm that you are authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or your organization.
- 1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders and Customization
- 2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- 2.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and design details for customized products.
- 2.3. Once approved by the customer, designs and specifications cannot be altered unless agreed upon in writing.
- 2.4. Bulk orders may have specific terms that will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
3. Pricing and Payment
- 3.1. Prices for products and services will be as quoted at the time of purchase.
- 3.2. 50% advance payment must be made before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing or in special cases where the client is bound by conditions laid down by CGI.
- 3.3. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, as specified at the time of order placement.
- 3.4. Additional charges for shipping, custom duties, or design revisions may apply and will be communicated in advance.
4. Delivery
- 4.1. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on order complexity and location.
- 4.2. Stars & Stripes is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- 4.3. Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 3 business days of receipt.
5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
- 5.1. Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- 5.2. Cancellation requests must comply with our Cancellation Policy, as outlined separately.
- 5.3. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy for eligible cases.
6. Intellectual Property
- 6.1. All designs, logos, and branding provided by the customer remain the property of the customer.
- 6.2. Custom designs created by Stars & Stripes remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- 6.3. Customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using our designs without prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- 7.1. Stars & Stripes is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:
- Incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
- Misuse of the products.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party services.
- 7.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
8. Confidentiality
- 8.1. Customer information and order details will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- 8.2. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for sensitive designs, data, or communications shared during the project.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- 9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, India (Dera Bassi jurisdiction).
- 9.2. In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
