1. Order Cancellation by the Customer
- Before Production Starts:
- Orders can be canceled within 1 business day of placing them, provided production has not started.
- A full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.
- After Production Starts:
- Once customization or production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be issued for work already in progress.
2. Order Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:
- If we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer.
- In cases of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
3. Refund Process for Cancellations
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 business days using the original payment method.
- Any applicable transaction fees or charges may be deducted from the refund.
4. Bulk Orders
For bulk or high-value orders, cancellations may be subject to additional terms, including partial refunds based on the production status. Please contact us for details.

6. Exceptions
