    • Orders can be canceled within 1 business day of placing them, provided production has not started.
    • A full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.
  • After Production Starts:
    • Once customization or production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
    • No refunds will be issued for work already in progress.

2. Order Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:

  • If we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer.
  • In cases of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

  • Any applicable transaction fees or charges may be deducted from the refund.
