- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
3. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
- Products with defects caused by improper handling, misuse, or wear and tear.
- Minor variations in color, design, or size due to the customization process.
- Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Process for Returns and Refunds
